Boylestone Methodist Church is now closed -  the final service 27/10/2024

It is always sad when a church closes (or ceased to meet in Methodist terms) – however at times it is the right thing to do. Boylestone Methodist Church has not been able to fulfil Methodist requirements for trusteeship for a few years now. This means that the circuit meeting has authority to take over the trusteeship, which it has now done. Due to financial & people resources dwindling, lack of mission opportunities and the cost it would take to bring the building up to standard, the circuit meeting further agreed to close the building for worship.

The final service, therefore, will be held on Sunday 27th October at 2pm – this will be led by Revd Rachel Wood and Oliver Ball. Please do pray for the members and all those who are affected by this decision.
